Danny Fine ACA (Partner)
Danny joined Cohen Arnold in 2000 as a trainee and subsequently qualified in 2003. He continued to manage a large portfolio of clients advising on tax planning, general practice and in particular developing an expertise in structuring and advising clients on corporate acquisitions.
In 2006 Danny moved on to assume a Finance Director position within a property group. This enabled him to develop his commercial skills while at the same time use his professional background to help negotiate and structure transactions in both a commercially advantageous and tax efficient manner while liasing with both major lenders and professional advisers. This combined experience has enabled him now to establish Melinek Fine LLP with Aryeh.
Since establishing the practice Danny has built a varied potfolio of clients ranging from start ups to public listed companies and has acted for a number of overseas clients investing in businesses and property here in the UK.
Danny is married with five children and is a governor at his children's school as well as being involved in a number of local charities and projects. Danny is a keen cricketer and footballer and enjoys both playing and following various sports.

Aryeh Melinek ACA (Partner)
Aryeh graduated from The London School of Economics with a degree in Accounting & Finance. He then trained with medium-sized practice H.W. Fisher before joining The KBSP Partnership in 2001 quickly establishing himself before being admitted as a partner in 2006. Having successfully developed a diverse client portfolio in April 2010 he established Melinek Fine LLP together with Danny.
Aryeh acts for a large number of clients in differing industries. He advises a range of successful entrepreneurs on corporation tax, personal tax and capital gains tax planning as well as general business advice. He prides himself on providing a personal service to clients and enjoys getting involved in all areas of their businesses to ensure their growth in a tax efficient manner.
Since establishing Melinek Fine LLP Aryeh has continued to expand his portfolio and now acts for a number of clients in a Finance Director capacity.
Aryeh is married with five children. He is a school finance governor, and is also involved with various charity committees.

Wojciech Kmiotek ACCA (Audit Manager )
Wojciech moved to London in the late nineties in order to study accountancy having graduated from Rzeszow University of Technology in the field of mechanical engineering .Having successfully obtained his ACCA qualification, he then trained with The KBSP partnership, a medium sized practice. During this time he worked closely with Aryeh managing audits as well as advising on general practice matters. In April 2010 Wojciech took the opportunity to be part of Melinek Fine LLP.Since then Wojciech has played an active role in managing the growing team and continues to have constant interaction with a large portfolio of clients.
Wojciech is married with a young daughter. Outside the office he enjoys travelling, watching football and motor sports, and the rest of his spare time is spent with his family.

Poonam Madani ACCA
Poonam received her accounting degree in India and then came to study further in the UK. She qualified as an ACCA in 2007 and got general practice experience by working for a number of years at PRS Accountants. She joined Melinek Fine LLP in November 2010.
She is passionate about movies, listening to music and cooking and likes to swim and travel.

Miriam Bordon
Miriam joined Melinek Fine LLP in October 2010, having previously worked as an administrator and event’s organiser for a Jewish charity.
She is currently studying towards ACCA qualification and has also completed a degree course in computer science.

Lorna Murphy
Lorna has worked in an accounts environment since leaving school. Prior to joining Melinek Fine LLP,for the last 10 years she has worked as a secretary and administrator for an accountancy firm in the City and subsequently joined Melinek Fine LLP in January 2011.
She has two children and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, socialising, enjoys cooking for them and also enjoys all level of sports and keeping fit.
